SIVAN hosts a small number of intentionally curated gatherings throughout the year, each designed to support restoration, regulation, and embodied wholeness. These retreats are held in serene, nature-centered settings. These immersive experiences weave together gentle and restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound, and Ayurvedic wisdom to support nervous system balance and deep renewal.
In addition to live retreats, SIVAN offers seasonal virtual experiences, including guided meditations, breathwork practices, and contemplative sessions designed for integration into daily life. These offerings allow you to return to the work at your own pace, wherever you are.
Each gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—rooted, restored, and whole. All events are offered in limited capacity to preserve the integrity, safety, and sacredness of the space.
